Our team will ensure a flawless experience, from freshly restocking any empty slots, to guiding your guests into creating a delicious build-your-own mini charcuterie board. Every cart is thoughtfully decorated to match your events theme, colors, and aesthetic. Our cart is equipped with insulated food pans that keep your food perfectly chilled the entire time.
Pricing Includes:
-Cart Rental for 2 hours $300 ($125/hour for each additional hour)
-$15/person for unlimited serves of charcuterie for 2 hours
-13 gourmet menu items of your choice (menu is fully customizable too)
-A curated cart decorated to match your events aesthetic and colors
-Gather & Graze custom mini charcuterie boards to serve (custom engraved mini boards for gifting available as add on +$7.50)
-Dedicated staff to ensure all slots are refilled and fresh at all times, and to assist guests in creating a delicious board
-Gather & Graze take out boxes for any leftover charcuterie
- 20 person minimum or $600 spend (The minimum spend can be reached by adding custom engraved boards or any of our add-on services)
Fully Serviced Wedding Cocktail Hour Cart Rental (1hr)

Elevate your wedding's cocktail hour with our fully serviced cart of unlimited charcuterie for your guests for 1 hour. Our team will ensure a flawless experience, from freshly restocking any empty slots, to guiding your guests into creating a delicious build-your-own mini charcuterie board. Every cart is thoughtfully decorated to match your event colors and aesthetic. Our cart comes equipped with insulated food pans to ensure your food remains chilled the entire time.

-Cart Rental ($300)
-Unlimited Serves for 1 Hour ($10/guest)
-13 gourmet menu items of your choice (menu is fully customizable too)
-A curated cart decorated to match your event aesthetic and colors
-Gather & Graze custom mini charcuterie boards to serve (custom engraved mini boards for gifting available as add on +$7.50)
-Dedicated staff to ensure all slots are refilled and fresh at all times, and assist guests in creating a delicious board
- 30 person minimum or $600 spend (The minimum spend can be reached by adding one of our add-on services)
Personal Charcuterie Boxes
$12 each (minimum of 5)
Personal Charcuterie Boxes come pre-portioned with (6) slices of meat, (6) mixed cheese cubes, seasonal fruit, (3) bruschettini's, (3) edible flower and herb crackers, mixed olives or mini pickles, honey glazed pecans, and a personal honey jar and dipper for drizzling. Our boxes are perfect as a light lunch or appetizer for your next business gathering, picnic, or party. Will be delivered to your location in the Brazos Valley for no charge, deliveries outside of Brazos County will be charged a fee of .40/mile. Minimum of 5 boxes.
