Fontina Herbs de Province
A semi-soft cheese made from cow's milk and boasts a creamy, mild, and savory flavor with an aromatic and beautiful Herbes de Provence coated rind containing a mix of fennel, thyme, tarragon, lavender, citrus peel, and other spices.
Blueberry Windsordale
A hard cheese with a firm, flaky texture and crumbly, creamy consistency containing whole wild blueberries which give a burst of subtle sweet fruit flavor with every bite.
Goat Cheese
A versatile cheese made from goat's milk, characterized by its tangy flavor and creamy texture. Served with dried cranberries, walnuts and a honey drizzle.
Brie
A soft, ripened cheese made from cow's milk featuring a luxurious, creamy texture with a mild and buttery flavor and a bloomy white rind.
Sliced Fresh Mozzarella
Fresh, smooth mozzarella that has been sliced perfectly for topping.
Aged Cheddar Cubed
A hard, white cheese made from cow's milk that undergoes a maturation process resulting in a rich blend of nutty and tangy flavors.
Dill Havarti
A rich, buttery semi-soft cheese enhanced with the bold flavor of dill.
Smoked Gouda
Smoked gouda boasts rich and caramelly flavors and is prepared using natural smoke from a wood-fired smoking oven.

Pepperoni
A uncured blend of pork and beef, seasoned with Paprika which gives it's characteristic color and adds a depth of flavor.
Chorizo
A mild pork sausage that is cured for 40 days in Spain. Our Chorizo comes from a century old family farm in Salamanca, Spain. The pigs roam free across a protected reservation of meadow and forest, and are fed on acorns, natural pastures and other organic foods.
Capocollo
A well marbled piece of meat, it is the continuation of the pork loin found under the shoulder blade and continues to the collar of the hog. The cuts are trimmed and sea-salt preserved, then seasoned with a delicate pepper blend and air-dried for a minimum of 4 to 6 months.
Prosciutto
A delicately dry-cured and aged ham, known for its savory melt-in-your-mouth texture, and subtle hint of sweetness.
Calabrese Salami
